Capesthorne twenty is worth the wait for Mike

Sep 08,2006 by Julian Grattidge

Mike Redding has been in touch to tell us about the capture of his first twenty pound carp, and what a twenty pound carp it is, one of the Main Lake’s finest at 28lb 14oz!

Mike has been trying to break the twenty pound barrier for some time and persistence paid off when he banked his new PB from the shallows on Saturday.  Mike says the fish gave an excellent account of itself and was in perfect condition.
