Capesthorne session proves Hot Stuff for Michael

Jul 21,2006 by Julian Grattidge

Michael Furnivall contacted me yesterday to inform me of a cracking 22lb mirror banked from Capesthorne Main Lake on Wednesday.

On what was probably the hottest day of the year so far, Michael did not really expect to have anything until later in the day when it started to cool down, but low and behold, off went the rod and the Main Lake specimen was banked! Mike Foster was also amongst the fish in the peg next door, taking a 15lb carp off the surface.
