Last call for Matt Hayes charity do in Bromborough!
It’s been covered quite a bit in the forums but there’s no harm in shouting it from the rooftops, especially as all proceeds will go to Macmillan Cancer Support.
The special carp evening takes place tomorrow night, 23rd February 2007 at Bromborough Civic Centre. The doors open 6.00 to 6.30pm with kids under 12 costing £3.00 and adults at £6.00. The presentations start 7.00pm with the bar open 7.00pm to 11.00pm. Hot Pot and Chilli will be available courtesy Les and Kirk Farrell of Wirral Angling Centre.
The Guest Speaker is Matt Hayes and stands to see on the night include: Sensas Carp (Mitch Smith), Korda (Paul Harris & Ali Hamidi), Aqua Products (Neil Smith) Protak Clothing, Sky Lakes Ltd, Environments Agency, ECHO (Kevin Winter) plus lots of well known faces.
There are some fantastic raffle prizes on offer including: All inclusive French Fishing Holiday (SKY LAKES LTD), Fishing tickets for Horseshoe Lake, Monument, llyn y gors, Warrington Anglers memberships, Boots, bags, holdalls, Nets, Reels, Bait and more.
There will also be a special auction by Kirk Farrell of Wirral Angling Centre of a Tranmere Rovers Shirt autographed by all the Team and Manager plus 2 VIP tickets to any game as one lot.
The response to the event has been overwhelming with support from most of the tackle shops in the area and the organisers, Peter Henery & Alan Jones would like to say a huge thanks in advance for all the support received so far.
We do suggest being early as it will be very busy on the night!
