imageKnypersley Cricket Ground pool is situated in Knypersley, North Staffs, behind the cricket ground at Knypersley Sports Club. The venue is nearly 2 acres in size, and holds good stocks of coarse fish including some specimen carp. The shape of the pool is more elongated than round, and consists of both a shallower end and a deeper end, surrounded by reeds and other such undergrowth. imageThe Serpentine is set in the picturesque setting of Greenway Bank Country  Park in Knypersley. The lake is actually one of the starter tributaries to the mighty River Trent which starts just a few miles away in Biddulph Moor. Venue Profile: Holden Lane Pool, Sneyd Green


imageHolden Lane Pool, aka ‘The Swamp’ provides anglers with a good head of carp for its size. The water covers approximately four acres of water and sits nestled between the A53 on one side and Holden Lane School on the other. Although in an urban setting, the water is tree lined around most of its perimeter. Overview The water is slightly off-square in shape with the deepest water at the North end, where anglers will find depths to approximately twelve-feet.
